Hand wrench for adjusting the clutch freeplay. If you've ever gotten under your VW to adjust the clutch, you know what a pain it can be. This wrench was designed to make the task much easier, it slips over the end of the cable and locks into the adjusting wingnut, you then turn the wrench by hand instead of trying to turn the stubborn wingnut by hand.
